Okta Verify

Overview

Okta Verify is a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tool. MFA provides an additional step of security when logging into your account by verifying your identity. You may be asked to enroll in Okta Verify, depending on your role.

Policy callout

• Specialists should NOT be enrolling in Okta Verify to surpass the VPN connection
• If you are prompted to authenticate your login but are unable to access Okta Verify from your mobile device to confirm, create a ticket with Partner Support

1	If you set up Okta Verify using the Okta Verify app and are no longer able to use this feature, you will need to disable it. Navigate to: https://grubhub.okta.com/  Log in to OKTA Click on your name in the top right and go to Settings
2	If you are unable to select the fields, click the edit profile button
3	Under Security Methods, select Remove next to Okta Verify
4	Select Yes
